The company name ABsolute is a deliberate reference to its founders, Bradley Need and Andrew Williams, and reflects our commitment to delivering absolute standards in everything we do.

ABsolute Duct Cleaning was co-founded by Andrew Williams, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience within the ventilation hygiene and extraction cleaning sector.

After years of working across commercial and regulated environments, Andrew repeatedly encountered a growing issue within the industry — declining standards driven by an “out of sight, out of mind” mentality. In too many cases, systems were signed off as clean without meaningful verification, documentation, or long-term consideration for safety, compliance, or performance.
